3D MRI Room
Virtual tour presents a magnetic resonance room.
Vignette – 3D Magnetic Resonance Imaging Room
MRI Room modeled in 3ds Max. The patient was modeled in MakeHuman, and some textures (clothes, hair) were edited in Photoshop. This vignette presents just a few images that were produced for a project of teaching medical materials commissioned by Neurovídeo. Some snippets were assembled in After Effects, and the final edit was done in Premiere.
The following images show a little of the 3d modeling process, colorization and lighting.

Modeling details – MRI Room
The patient passes through the MRI machine in various positions. Above, in the upper left frame, he wears a head coil (which is a kind of helmet to keep the head still while the exam is performed).
In total, frames were produced for eight scenes, in which seven show the patient entering the MRI machine in different positions (some in two or three takes, showing the side, aerial and frontal views), and the eighth scene was the walk through the living room; and some still images of the patient, the room and the machine were also produced with the camera at different angles.
